The Teens UnEdited Advisory Board is a group of accomplished leaders who stand behind one mission: helping teens claim who they are, so they walk into that future whole.
Around 15, a teen begins quietly suppressing who they are. At 45, adults burn out trying to reclaim it, inside workplaces where 87% of managers say individuality gets suppressed.
Our mission is to break that cycle: help teenagers claim who they are, before anyone edits it out of them. Our vision is a generation that never has to reclaim itself.
The advisory board exists to help us get that right, because the stakes are not a book series.
The stakes are who shows up to the next generation of jobs, leadership, and citizenship.
These are leaders from the places a teen will one day walk into: companies and their cultures, classrooms and school systems, research labs, youth organizations, and communities. They have spent careers watching what happens when people arrive edited down, and what becomes possible when they arrive whole.
They serve here to help make sure this generation arrives whole.
