Teens UnEdited Terms of Service

Effective Date: September 10, 2026

Teens UnEdited is a program of Glenn Llopis Group, LLC. These Terms are written so a teen can read them, and so a parent or teacher knows exactly what they are agreeing to on a teen's behalf.

The short version. You have to be at least 13 to use this site. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian is responsible for your use and has to approve any purchase. Be decent in shared spaces. Our books and materials are ours; use them for yourself, don't resell them. This is a program about identity and conviction, not therapy or medical care. If you have a problem with something, tell us and we'll work it out.

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of www.teensunedited.com, its subdomains, the UnEdited Check-In, UnEdited Live sessions, Your Space (our online curriculum), our books and materials, and any other product or service we offer (together, the "Site" and "Products"), operated by Glenn Llopis Group, LLC ("Teens UnEdited," "we," "us" or "our").

By using the Site or any Product, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2. Who can use the Site

You must be at least 13. The Site is not for children under 13.

If you are 13 to 17:

  • You may use the free parts of the Site (reading, the teen check-in, free live sessions) with the knowledge of a parent or guardian.
  • A parent or guardian must make or approve any purchase, paid membership or account that stores your information over time.
  • Your parent or guardian agrees to these Terms on your behalf and is responsible for your use of the Site.

If you are a parent or guardian creating an account, approving a purchase or enrolling a teen, you confirm you are the teen's parent or legal guardian and you accept these Terms for both of you.

If you are an educator or school, you confirm you have the authority to enroll students and that the school has obtained any parental permissions the school requires.

3. Accounts and Your Space

Access to Your Space is through a login provided to you or your school. Keep it private. You are responsible for activity under your login. Tell us right away if you think someone else is using it. Logins are personal and may not be shared, sold or transferred.

4. Purchases, reservations and refunds

  • Books. Book reservations are requests to be notified and, where offered, to pre-order. Prices, availability and delivery dates are shown at the time of purchase and may change before release.
  • Memberships and programs. Fees, billing periods and what is included are stated at purchase. Recurring memberships renew automatically until cancelled; a parent or guardian may cancel at any time and the cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • Refunds. Digital products and memberships are non-refundable once accessed, except where the law requires otherwise or we say so at the time of sale. Physical books may be returned in resalable condition within 30 days of delivery.
  • School programs are governed by the school's written agreement with us. Where that agreement conflicts with these Terms, the agreement controls for the school.

All purchases by or for a minor must be made by a parent or guardian.

5. Community rules

Live sessions, group reads and any community space are shared with other teens. Everyone agrees to:

  • Be respectful. No harassment, bullying, hate, threats or sexual content.
  • Protect privacy. Don't share your own or anyone else's personal details (full name, school, address, phone, social handles) in shared spaces, and don't record or screenshot other participants.
  • Stay on topic and let others speak.
  • Not post anything you don't have the right to post.

We may remove content and suspend or end access for anyone who breaks these rules, without refund where the conduct is serious. Sessions are moderated. If something in a session makes you uncomfortable, use the report option or email [email protected].

6. Not therapy, counseling or medical advice

Teens UnEdited is an educational program about identity, agency and conviction. It is built on leadership research and Glenn Llopis's published work. It is not therapy, counseling, medical or mental-health care, and nothing on the Site is a diagnosis or treatment. The check-in is a reflection tool, not a clinical screening.

If you are struggling, or you or someone you know is in danger, please talk to a trusted adult, a school counselor or a doctor. In the United States you can call or text 988 to reach the Suicide and Crisis Lifeline, any time.

7. Our content and your content

Ours. The books, curriculum, check-in, session recordings, frameworks, names, logos and everything else on the Site are owned by Glenn Llopis Group, LLC or our licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. Teens UnEdited and the six book titles are our trademarks. You may use the materials for your own personal, non-commercial learning (or, for schools, within the licensed program). You may not copy, share, resell, record, post online or adapt our materials without written permission.

Yours. If you submit something to us or post in a community space (a question, a reflection, a comment), you keep ownership, and you give us a license to use it to run the program. We will not publish a teen's name, likeness or identifiable content in marketing without written permission from a parent or guardian.

Feedback. If you send us ideas about the program, we may use them without owing you anything.

8. Acceptable use

Do not use the Site to do anything illegal, harmful or disruptive, including: trying to access accounts or data that aren't yours; scraping, copying or reverse-engineering the Site; uploading malware; impersonating someone else; or using automated tools to register or post.

9. Live sessions

Live sessions are hosted online through a third-party video platform. Attendance is free unless stated otherwise. Sessions may be recorded for on-demand viewing; participant video and names are not shown in public recordings without permission, and parents may ask that a teen not appear in any recording by emailing us before the session.

10. Third-party services

The Site uses third-party services (payment processing, video, email and text delivery, and the Your Space learning platform) and links to other sites, including other Glenn Llopis sites. We are not responsible for third-party sites or services, and their terms apply to your use of them.

11. Disclaimers

The Site and Products are provided "as is." We work hard to keep them accurate and available, but we do not guarantee that they will be error-free, uninterrupted, or produce any particular result for any individual. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Glenn Llopis Group, LLC and its owners, employees and contractors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or Products, and our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Some states do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

13. Changes and termination

We may change the Site, the Products or these Terms. If we make a material change to these Terms, we will update the effective date and, for changes that affect minors or schools, notify parents and schools by email before they take effect. Continued use after a change means you accept it.

We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms. You (or your parent or guardian) may stop using the Site at any time and may ask us to delete your account as described in the Privacy Policy.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing any claim, you agree to contact us and give us 30 days to try to resolve it. Any dispute that cannot be resolved will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Wake County, North Carolina, and you consent to their jurisdiction. Nothing in this section limits rights a parent or minor has under law that cannot be waived.
